What is it that you do?

Buildstar Wholesale Resources is a sourcing company founded in 2003 that specializes in providing the best and hard to find resources of re-sellable products for wholesalers, distributors and drop-shippers.

Is Buildstar Wholesale Resources a legit company? Yes. We became a legally registered company in Washington, DC.

Are you selling another wholesale list?

No. What we have is not just some wholesale list. We have a Suppliers Network that make up a group of legit suppliers that are committed to offering good wholesale prices and secure payment terms. These suppliers are hand picked by the CEO himself to be a part of this Suppliers Network. We contact them personally to verify their contact information and their prices and payment terms so we know that the information we publish about our suppliers is 100% accurate.

How did you locate all of these suppliers? We obtained our wholesale resources by conducting diligent market research. We do not purchase other wholesale lists and place these contacts in our wholesale directories. We require the seller to contact us so that we can verify that their contact information is legit, this is why you can expect to successfully reach every wholesale contact in our Suppliers Network.

How do you know that your sellers are legit

We get asked this question all the time. All sellers in our Suppliers Network must pass our list of requirements that are listed on our website at http://www.ibuildstar.com/paying_customers.htm before being allowed to get listing in our suppliers network. These sellers know that we bring only targeted buyer to their business that they may never obtain elsewhere; so they are very careful not to break our rules and get de-listed.

Why are you doing this?

After losing over $12,000 to internet scammers we know how to buy safely from sellers online and not get scammed. We have selected only suppliers who have very competitive pricing and secure payment terms so that you will not lose your money dealing with the suppliers in our network. We are working to starve those scammers out of business so that we can do business with only honest dealers. Fight against fraud and report scammers to the authorities

Why are you using a Hotmail email address instead of one with your Ibuildstar.com domain name?

We use our Hotmail email as our contact because we have had this email address since 12000 and many people know this as our contact email. We can set up an email address on our domain ibuildstar.com very easily but we see that using the Hotmail email account is easier to access, easier to use and provides us with more storage for the hundreds of emails we receive every day. Furthermore, our Tech Support persons now have smart phones that will allow them to access the Hotmail account at anytime and anyplace. This means that using the Hotmail account will allow us to respond to your email questions in less than 8 hours instead of the 24 hours time turn around we started with in the beginning. So using our Hotmail account allows us to serve you faster because we can access your emails at anytime and location away from the office, and this also means greater productivity for you.

What are secure payment terms?

It is always good to trust the seller you are buying from, but it is better to protect yourself when you do business with companies from afar. Just as important as the suppliers prices is their payment terms. Secure Payment Terms exist when the supplier will accept credit card, Paypal, L/C, Escrow.com or COD. These are secure payment terms because the seller will not be able to scam you of your payments.

Whenever you pay a seller by credit card and Paypal you can get your payment returned to you if the goods do not arrive or they are not to your satisfaction. Whenever you pay a seller by L/C, Escrow.com or COD, the seller must wait until you receive your merchandise before they get their payments. The scam sellers do not like to use these payment options because they cannot get away with your money if they decide not to ship the goods you pay for.

The scammers love to ask for Western Union and Bank Wire (TT) payments. These payment options will allow the seller to get away with your money without sending you anything at all. These are un-secure payment options that you should avoid. The true legit sellers will never ask you for these un-secure payment terms because they are in business to deliver your goods, and not to scam you and run away.

Why do you sell these resources?

This is another question we get asked quite often. The wholesale industry must be protected from over-exposure to the general public. If everyone in the world had total access to all of the same wholesale suppliers this would make it impossible for online retailers to make a profit; when everyone can get the same products at the the same wholesale prices. We charge a nominal lifetime access fee of $27 in an effort to weed out those non-serious persons who are only just surfing the web, and accommodate those very serious buyers that need these wholesale products to stock their stores and fill their customer orders. 

When we first started our wholesale resource company we would sell the products to the public and order them from our suppliers to shipped to them. We saw that after we were marking up our supplier prices up to 30% to cover our overhead, our sellers could not earn much of profit buying from us. We decided that it would be best for the buyer if we open our suppliers contacts to any serious buyer that wants to buy wholesale and charge a nominal fee to access the suppliers themselves. This resulted in a lower operation cost for us, lower prices for the buyers and higher profits in your pockets.

For example, if you ordered 50 Ipod Nanos from one of our suppliers for $150 each at a cost of $7500; with our mark-up the cost would have been $9000 to the buyer. This includes the $7500 to pay my supplier and $1500 to cover our operating cost to do such a transaction. By ordering our Suppliers Access for $19.95 and buying the same goods direct from the supplier at $7500, you have saved yourself the $1500 you would have paid to us for our commission on this sale; and all it cost you was $19.95. Do you update your wholesale directory?

Absolutely. We have full time staff devoted to updating our Suppliers network by adding new suppliers that meet our qualifications and removing any supplier who fails to comply with our terms. We provide email support 7 days a week so you can always get a response when you contact us.

Are the suppliers on your website from the USA or China? Almost 90% of our wholesale network suppliers are USA based. We realize that many are reluctant to deal with China suppliers so we compiled a network of mostly USA wholesale suppliers of game consoles, authentic Nike shoes, Ipods, lingerie, and 1000' of other products. You will also find some wholesale suppliers from Australia, UK and Canada.

I saw a supplier yesterday they is no longer listed, what happened?

Sometimes a seller closes their website or decides to discontinue doing business. We do constant checks to determine if the supplier is still in business. If their website does not work or they do not respond to their emails then we remove them to ensure our Suppliers Network contains only active sellers listed. We do not want our buyers wasting their valuable time with sellers that are no longer doing business

We have a zero tolerance policy for fraud and we only list suppliers that offer secure payment terms. Whenever a supplier changes their payment terms to an un-secure method they will be removed to protect our precious buyers from the potential of being scammed.

I have a legit wholesale or drop-shipping business, how do I get listed in your Suppliers Network?

We desire to have only legitimate sellers offering true wholesale prices and secure payment terms for our buyers. We received feedback from some of our sellers that they have received more business than they can handle.

Getting your wholesale business listed in our Suppliers Network will bring increase attention to your business that you may not get elsewhere. Also, this will increase your standings in the search engines because there be more websites linking to you. This lets the search engines see that you have an important website.

How do you protect the buyers from getting scammed?

We monitor all customer feedback on our suppliers and if we receive just one legitimate complaint on one of our suppliers then we will remove that supplier to protect the other buyers in our Suppliers Network from being scammed. Customer feedback is very important to us because we learn that some sellers start asking for Western Union or Bank TT payments, or that they do not respond to a buyer's email or that their website is no longer active. This helps us to purge our Network of the 'bad apples' so that every can feel safe doing business with our sellers. With this policy we are able to remove a seller from our Network before they even have a chance to scam anyone. This is what we do to protect our precious buyers.

Do I have to pay for updates?

Never! We will never ask you to pay another dime for anything you access on our Suppliers Network. Your payment is for a lifetime access to all updates. Since we are adding newer suppliers you may log on the next day and see different suppliers that were not listed the day before.

How long after I pay do I get to access your Suppliers Network?

The best thing is that you get instant access. We accept payments by Clickbank and they will automatically re-direct you to our Welcome Page that contains your Suppliers Access link. Just copy this link or place it in your Favorites section on your computer for easy access.

Do you provide customer support?
