Business bank account-Having a bank account listed in the name of your business adds great credibility to your company and let your buyers know that you are a serious business. It is important to set yourself apart from those fly-by-night sellers by receiving transactions in the name of your business rather than your own name. 

Your own website-Having a real website in your business name shows the paying customers that you are a solid company. Any company or seller without a website will come off as a scammer. Even if you are using one of those free websites then you will have the same credibility as a scammer. Buyers need a place to come and see more information about your company; including your products prices. Your website should have detailed information about your company and should also include pictures and prices of your products or services. If you require the visitor to contact you for this vital information then you may lose them to a competitor that has all the important information at a glance.  Locate a product and supplier on our access that you find to your liking. Be sure to spend some time checking out the suppliers with prices listed and also the website links you will find. There is too many suppliers in our Network to list all of the prices and other information-so we just placed the link there.

Contact the supplier by either the email or telephone number provided in their listing and request information about how to place an order from them.

Be patient waiting for a response because some sellers may be on business travel or vacation.

The drop-shippers' websites are ready to place an order by either Paypal or credit card so you can do business with them right away.

Once you have found the supplier and made the contact, ask whether they have stock on hand or if they must have their products shipped to you by another distributor.

Always insist on a small first order of maybe 25-50 or less. Start with the minimum quantity they can take. You should always start small and see how well they work before ordering in huge quantities.

Never, ever, ever pay anyone by Western Union of Moneygram. These are payment vehicles for sending money to someone you know to help in emergency, not for legitimate transactions. The scammers ask for WU or MG so they can run off with your money with no way to track them down.

Before sending payment you need to get their shipping details in writing so you can be certain when you will receive your merchandise after you make payment.

Always get full contact information about the seller before sending payment because no one does business with complete strangers.

If you are interested in placing very large orders of 500 or more we suggest that you deal with a supplier that can work with a L/C (letter of credit). This is a bank guarantee from you that the funds are available for the purchase. Once you send this L/C to the seller they can initiate the order. The terms of the L/C would be that the goods be delivered in the specified amount of time and that they be found in perfect condition after inspection. Once you have inspected the goods and found them to be in good condition, you will then contact your bank and inform them that your are satisfied with your goods, and to release the payment to the seller. You will need to product all shipping documents to prove you got the goods. This will prevent a buyer from saying they never received the goods and holding up the funds to the seller. Just contact your banking institution for more details on using a Letter of Credit.
