Any returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and must have a valid RMA number printed on each box.   IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN RMA NUMBER FOR YOUR PACKAGE please email trpnet@hotmail.com with your reason and request to return a order.  We  do not accept partial returns.  Any refunds will be less original freight charges.  We have a 15 day return policy and cannot accept any orders outside the15 day window from time of delivery.

All returns must contain all original materials, packaging, UPC codes, rebate forms when applicable and free from any damage, missing parts or manuals, and in re saleable condition. Otherwise no refunds, exchanges or credits will be given.

No refunds for website links, ebooks and dealership fees, or membership fees. Fees paid are for services and/or information and do not represent a product return.. you cannot have the info and the money too..

Not responsible for lost merchandise or damage incurred during transit unless insurance is bought.

We ship at our discretion via UPS or U.S.P.S. with signature required on all packages.

Insurance must be requested, though not required for shipment of your order

Every effort is made to ship your order within 24-48 hours, excluding, weekends, holidays, etc. however, federal trade laws allow us 30 days from date of purchase to fill your order if item is backordered or temporarily out of stock. Any order cancelled before the 30 day window passes from date of purchase will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
