The following are the terms of use policy.

Your purchase of our Suppliers Access indicates that you agree with these terms.


1) There will be a 30 day trial period in which you will have full access to all of our services for a fee of $19.95. You may cancel this subscription within 30 days with and you will not be billed any further payments. By choosing the subscription option you understand that there is no refund of your subscription payments if you choose to cancel this subscription.


2) After the 30 period expires you will be billed only $10 per month for as long as you use our Wholesale Distributors access.


3) If you choose not to make monthly payments for our Wholesale Distributors Access then you may pay a one time access fee of $39.95 with no recurring payments at all.


4) Once after you have completed the payment through Paypal you will be directed to our logging page where you may obtain your login information.


5) The suppliers in our Wholesale Distributors access have committed to us to provide secure payment terms such as Escrow.com. L/C, credit cards, or Paypal for your security. We are not responsible for any problems arising from any transactions made with our listed suppliers by Bank Wire or Western Union payments.


6)If you encounter any seller in our Wholesale Distributors access that refuses to accept any of the secure payment terms above you must report this to us at trpnet@hotmail.com at once and they will be removed from our suppliers network.


7) We will provide links to our Technical Support page where most questions can be answered. You have specific concerns that cannot be answered then you may email us at trpnet@hotmail.com and we will respond to your needs.


8) If you choose to pay the lifetime fee of $39.95 then you will not be billed or charged any further payments. Lifetime members have a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee and will be refunded if not satisfied with their lifetime membership.


9) Buildstar will provide regular updates of our Wholesale Distributors access when we have verified new suppliers that offer secure payment terms.


10) For buyers who are interested in ordering Xbox 360, Nokia mobile phones, Apple Ipods, Sony PSP portables; the prices and stock availability may change at any time because these are hot selling products. Buildstar is not responsible for any suppliers price quotes that may be different from what is posted on the website, nor are we responsible if the seller is temporarily out of stock.


11) The suppliers selling authentic brand clothing and accessories have reason to believe that the goods they receive from their distributors are authentic unless otherwise indicated. Unless they goods are accompanied by authentic paperwork from the manufacturer the only way to verify authenticity is to order a sample and have is verified by a third party source. Buildstar Wholesale cannot guarantee that the suppliers goods are 100% authentic so it is the buyers responsibility to obtain verification of authenticity on their own.
